I’m not a painter; however, I’ve been recently inspired by a good friend of mine to paint prayers.  It started out as a fun experiment and a means to take out a bit of frustration in trying to paint how I spiritually felt; however, the Holy Spirit led me to basically end up painting visual accompaniments to spontaneous song lyrics that I’ve written out of a place of intercession and prayer.  I’ve included the lyric excepts below:

1.
“Like the sparrow I’d find my home, if I trust in You alone”
from ‘Promise (Matthew 6:25-34)’

2.
“Let blossoms grow out of sand”
from unfinished song ‘Blossoms’
Holy Spirit also led me to Isaiah 35 for this painting

3.
“I surrender to the safety of Your nail pierced hands”
from ‘Claimed

About:

Praise leader fumbling around on a couple of instruments and occasionally blessed with a song to share. I hope the music here blesses you as much as it has blessed me to write it. Glad to have you along for the journey.

"From the lips of children and infants you have ordained praise because of your enemies, to silence the foe and the avenger." (Psalm 8:2, NIV)
